Returns/Refunds

We take great pride in the plants we grow, and we want you to love them just as much as we do! Our team takes extra special care to hand pick your products and deliver them to you in the best possible condition. We make every effort to bring you plants that match the product images on our website as closely as possible. However, please note that as with all living things, there will most likely be a natural variation in shape and colouring.

If you are unhappy with your order or the health of your plants, please contact us within 30 days of your delivery. Email sales@glenmorenurseries.com, or call 0330 555 1020, with as much information as possible and we will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss a potential refund/return.  For non-plant items, provided the product is unused and in a re-saleable condition, you can request a return with our team.
